|Recommended: YesGreat apartments in the heart of the Short North — In the middle of the short north it's so great being walking distance from everything. The apartments themselves are awesome with great finishes and appliances. Having reserved parking included in the rent sets Fireproof apart from other apartment complexes in the area, and the manager and maintenance staff are amazing.

|Recommended: YesI love living at the Fireproof — My favorite thing about living at the Fireproof is the fact that I am in walking distance of everything Great location, great staff, and great maintenance . I have yet to come into any problems living here and I am very satisfied with my decision to live here.
|Recommended: YesNew, comfortable, convenient. Nice amenities. Great location. Friendly staff. — The apartments are beautifully designed with new decor, appliances, and amenities. Historical bones' of the building provide authentic Short North feel, with a modern interior finish. Common spaces are attractive and inviting. Location couldn't possibly be better. Community, staff, and maintenance are friendly and helpful. Parking is decent particularly for Short North , but could become trickier if you have multiple vehicles.
Only complaint is that carrying groceries from car to apartment can be a bit of a pain. Would be nice if there was a cart for residents to use for back-and-forth hint, hint for staff reading this . Aside from that, living in Fireproof has been an entirely positive experience thus far.
|Recommended: YesGreat property in the heart of it all — This is a great place to live with easy access to shops, restaurants, etc. You are 15 minutes away from most anywhere in Columbus.
